Hi, I’m Shabana
I began my professional journey in a very different world, with a Law degree and a career in banking. While it looked like success on paper, I soon realised it lacked the sense of purpose and fulfilment I was seeking. Over time, it became clear to me that true success isn’t measured by titles or achievements, but by how we feel in our bodies and the quality of life we experience each day.
Deep down, I knew I wanted to do something that created real change in people’s lives. So after a lot of reflection, I decided to completely change direction. I retrained as a Health Coach, gaining a Level 5 Diploma in Health Coaching from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (accredited by the NHS). Now, I specialise in women’s health coaching, with a focus on hormonal, immune and nervous system health in order to help restore balance naturally.
My practice is guided by values of evidence-based practice, integrity, and a root-cause approach. I believe in empowering clients with the knowledge and tools they need to make sustainable lifestyle changes, while offering compassionate care that respects each woman’s unique journey. By integrating science with personalised lifestyle strategies, my mission is to support women in restoring balance, building resilience, and achieving long-term vitality.
